PMI Destin-30A’s Home Watch service is designed to watch over secondary vacation homes securely, discretely, and confidentially for absentee owners and discover or mitigate issues that may arise from vandalism, leaks, power outages, weather damage, pests, mold, or other issues that could result in substantial damage or loss if not discovered. Your vacation home should not be a burden while you are away or upon your arrival. PMI Destin-30A treats each owner’s property like its own and is backed by a $1 million professional liability policy (ask our competitors).
Homes and owners’ preferences are unique, and an owner consultation and home viewing are preferred to understand owner’s lifestyle, expectations, and property overview. A sampling scope of our services is below.

- Odd or unusual odors
- Water indoor plants
- Light bulbs and batteries (smoke alarms, remotes, etc.)
- Accounting & bill paying
- Appliances. Leaks, temperatures, and function
- PMI Technology is available to monitor/track access, temperature, humidity, mold risk, noise, and leak detection
- Landscaping/pool maintenance and watering
- Roof and gutters
- Decks, patios, and docks
- Vehicles, golf carts, boats (start if necessary)
Our Home Watch services start at $250/month for smaller homes with limited vendor coordination and management. Pricing is dependent on frequency, home size, and scope of services. All services above are not required for every home.

- Arrival & Departure Service: Thermostats, lighting, pool/spa temperatures, arrange cleaners, fuel-up vehicles, transportation/drivers, trash/debris removal, and secure property.
- Concierge-Errand Service: Grocery/liquor/supply shopping/delivery, flowers, decorating, pet walking, reservations, private dining, stylists, photographers, notary, laundry pickup/delivery, tickets, move-in/out setup, fishing/hunting/water excursions, auto cleaning/detailing, yacht/jet services.
- Maintenance: 30 years of managing and caring for multi-million homes, commercial properties, and hotels have provided us with access to the area’s most responsive and capable vendors and technicians. Couple Maintenance Services with our Home Watch and we can address almost any issue, always after our owner’s approval. Examples include lawn care, irrigation, landscaping, pool/spa/fountain maintenance/cleaning, window/pressure washing, gutter repairs and cleaning, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, roof repair/replacement, flooring, paint, and remodeling.
- Pre & Post Storm Preparation: Visit to move and secure outdoor items, grills, furniture, plants, trash containers, etc. prior to storm arrival. Followed by a post-storm inspection to assess damages and restore moved items.
- Project Management: Large or small project management. Whether it’s a large renovation or cosmetic updates, we have the experience and background to keep contractors and vendors on track.
Our A la Carte services are quoted on an hourly, monthly, or as-needed fixed fee basis.
